Record the entire process of opening the package. The video must clearly show the outer packaging, seals, and the product.
Show the item in detail to highlight damage or wrong product delivery.
The video must be uncut and unedited. Any edits, cuts, or missing portions may result in claim rejection.
Minimum video length: 30–60 seconds (enough to show the full opening and product).

Please attach the uncut video, images, and order details when filing a claim.
Change of mind, product not as expected (if specifications were correct), size/fit issues, or personal preference.
Customized items are non-refundable unless defective.

Provide your order number, a brief description, and the uncut video within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review and provide preliminary confirmation within 48–72 hours.
Valid claims will be processed for replacement or refund via the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on payment gateway/bank processing.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us or pickup arranged.
Returns for other reasons are not accepted, and any shipping cost would be the customer’s responsibility if applicable.
Recording an uncut video and reporting within 48 hours is mandatory.
Additional information (receipt, tracking, photos) may be requested. Cooperation is required.
